1. Product Conditions

1.1. Cost: Calculated at checkout, corresponding to your address. When free shipping is applied, the shipping cost is covered by us;

1.2. Delivery Time: All available products are shipped directly to the address provided at the time of purchase, and delivery takes between 2 (two) and 7 (seven) days, depending on your region and country (counted after posting).

  • Canada (CA): 3–5 days;
  • New Zealand (NZ): 3–7 days;
  • Australia (AU): 3–7 days;

1.3 The posting time is up to 48 (forty-eight) hours after payment confirmation in our system;

ATTENTION: The delivery times informed on this website are estimates, calculated from the payment confirmation, and may be subject to change due to factors beyond the company's control, including, but not limited to, logistics operations, carriers, customs inspection, strikes, weather conditions, periods of high demand and other unforeseen events. By making the purchase, the customer declares to be aware that there is no guarantee of delivery until specific dates, such as trips, events, lectures, celebrations or personal or professional commitments. The company is not responsible for damages, additional costs, financial losses, or frustration of expectations resulting from the non-delivery of the product by a date desired by the customer. It is the customer's sole responsibility to plan the purchase with sufficient advance notice, considering possible variations in the delivery time.

1.4 Insured Shipping: The store guarantees the delivery of the order. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or damaged during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss paid for by our store and with free online tracking. The delivery of your order is 100% guaranteed.

1.5 Order Tracking: Products will be delivered by the Post Office or another carrier. A tracking code will always be provided, allowing you to follow the delivery progress. The store is committed to instructing you on how to track your order. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available.

1.5.1. The order tracking code will be provided 48 (forty-eight) hours after payment confirmation.

ATTENTION: If you purchase more than one product from our store, you may receive them on different dates, as your products may come from different suppliers in different countries. So if you receive one product first, don't worry, this is perfectly normal, and the others will be delivered on dates close to each other.

2. General Conditions

2.1. Care with Order Addressing: The store will ship the products to the address you request. Therefore, to avoid any problems with the delivery of your order, please pay attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order.

2.1.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Address: The store is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete destination addresses provided for orders placed in the store. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, according to postal service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

ATTENTION: If delivery is not completed due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund and will be required to pay for new shipping.

2.2. Recipient Absent: Please ensure that someone will be at the address to receive your order. The Post Office probably will make more delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to receive the package on any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office branch, and in this case, the recipient will need to pick up the package at the Post Office branch. If the recipient does not pick up the package, according to Post Office regulations, the package will be returned to the sender. All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office branch where the recipient should pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the Post Office website using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3. Taxed and Dutiable Products:

2.3.1 For US: We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping labels for all orders. This means that all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are fully prepaid at checkout, included in the final price. In the United States, sales tax nexus refers to the connection between a business and a state that requires the business to collect and remit that state’s sales tax. Nexus is determined state by state, and each state sets its own rules, though they generally follow similar principles. Once nexus is established in a state, we will collect the appropriate sales tax from customers at checkout. Thresholds, enforcement rules, and tax rates vary by state, so nexus must be evaluated individually for each jurisdiction.

2.3.2 For rest of countries: All international shipments are subject to customs fees, duties, and import taxes levied by the destination country. However, we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping labels for all orders. This means that all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are fully prepaid at checkout, included in the final price. Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery. The total amount paid at the time of purchase is final, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience with no unexpected costs.

2.4. Undelivered Products: If there is any problem with the delivery of the product, and the customer does not receive it, the maximum period for requesting a reshipment or refund is 6 (six) months after the purchase. Therefore, the customer must pay attention to their tracking code after the purchase.
